Before this challenge I could feel myself falling into a cycle of not eating well, no motivation and knowing I have a very real chance of becoming a lot less fit. I decided to do the challenge and would like to say cheers to the team at The Gymnasium for the sessions and the motivation. Over the weeks I have managed to become leaner and I haven't been in the 11stone bracket since I was 18!!

Just finished the challenge and being honest I wasn't expecting much change. I felt bloated and suffered from acid reflux prior to this and I can say I've not had any symptoms since! I found a new love for baking bread and also managed to drop some pants sizes! I feel a lot fitter and that this challenge was not just a challenge but a lifestyle adjustment. I would recommend it to anyone!
